Meet Eric
Eric Harrelson is a decorated combat veteran, retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, leadership consultant, and ordained Executive Pastor. After a successful 23-year active duty army career leading soldiers at all levels, all around the world, and during three combat tours, totaling 33 months, he retired from the military to central Florida upon completion of his last assignment teaching at the U.S. Army’s premier graduate school for military organizational leadership. In retirement, he began a second career as a senior management consultant for a Fortune 100 company, then founded his own leadership consulting firm, Servus Leadership Consulting, LLC., which he works on the side. It was then, that God called him to full-time ministry.

Ministry
After battling addiction and subsequently submitting it to God, Eric first heard God's call to "strengthen his brothers" in 2002, using his personal testimony of God's grace and forgiveness. Since then, Eric's personal relationship with Christ eventually led him to submitting to the call of full-time ministry and is now the Executive Pastor of Crosspoint Church in Spring Hill, Florida. Here he helps to lead this thriving and dynamic ministry with a heart towards the wounded, broken, and lost. In June of 2022, Eric and his Lead Pastor started a men's focused ministry event that they now run at least twice a year that has grown to about 800 men in attendance.
Life
An alumni of Hardin-Simmons University in 1998, and attaining his graduate degree in Administration and Leadership in 2012 from Central Michigan University, Eric currently resides in Brooksville, Florida, with his wife Heather and their two daughters. When he can, Eric volunteers to speak at veteran hiring events, helping other veterans transition out of a life of service to their nation. As a family, Eric, his wife and their daughters enjoy traveling, great food, and spending time at the beach. When he can, Eric loves to soak in the solitude of the outdoors with His heavenly Father.
